Babylon is in need of new management.

I don't want this to turn into some huge arguement thread, even though there's an extremely large chance it will, I want to post this to make a plea to some Graal administration to take a little trip to Babylon, to see what this place is like. I remember back when Lord Helmut made the server, it was really nice, not many people played there, and there was never any problems. Eventually Alexander gained management, quit, gave management to Kisharha (who I now consider a great manager), and then made a petition to have Kisharha and Unholy Paladin thrown from management of Babylon. At that time, not many people thought Kisharha was a good manager for Babylon, so the petition was successful, and eventually Alexander regained management of Babylon. He promised everyone that the whole server would improve and there would be no problems. No one expected him to break his promises, since he was a good past manager, but he did, and nothing good has been happening with Babylon. All that happens are huge arguements, spar tournies, and GP, FAQ, and ET hirings. Babylon has went nowhere at all ever since Babylon was remanaged by Alexander. He told several "oldbies" of Babylon a secret of his. I'm going to try to be responsible, and not ruin this secret (even though he has broken so many promises), so all that I am going to say is that Babylon is currently not being worked on because he is having staff work on his new server. I think Babylon needs a more active manager, who doesn't have to hide reasons of bad management from the players. Go on Babylon for 10 minutes, see how it is.

Yeah, and you're ban evading on our server anyway. You're just pissed because you didn't get Head Admin and so you start throwing your little 4 year old tantrums and sexual harass other players and continue to cause problems, it really isn't helping us with your unacceptable behavior.

Rather than hearing your unsupported and ignorant calls on this, I'd like to hear from some of the people who play Babylon, since they're neutral. I was mad I didn't get Head Admin, sure I was, but that has nothing at all to do with this.

No offance dude.. Thallen is right. Alexander has guest RC on almost every server now, he is usually working on one of those servers and not on Babylon. However dont get me wroung im good friends with Alexander, its just that he does slack off now, and well he isnt the Manager he used to be.

"Wait a bit" for what? Alexander set me up as Head Admin there to try to get some things straight, but of course everyone instantly cried a river. I set up some new staff and make some NPCs for them, and now I try to logon RC this morning and it says I have no admin / GP rights. There's only 2 people that could have really fired me, Alexander or Outlaw.

Okay, Alexander didn't fire you. Outlaw did, he had a poll and said who wants Thallen Gone? Unfortunately for you most people wanted you gone. The reason being is because a day before you are on babylon cursing up a storm, talking about that you'll hire anyone for GP if they leave babylon forever, and the next day you become Head Admin out of nowhere. Making Ghaleon_Legend quit. Lets see you jumped over Outlaw TGC and Ghaleon_Legend in 1 days work, when some of them have worked there for a yr..if not longer and played since day 1. Thats what they found unfair, and also your past experience as a hacker.. Why would anyone want a past hacker (Trainer user or not) as a head admin. I am on your side Thallen, you did great work the first day, as soon as you were hired you went to work, but they fired you based on a Babylon Poll. And most people dont understand that you changed.. only advise I can give is to watch what you say next time.. About blackmailing.. and harassing. I am on your side thallen. Babylon does need new management.. and basically new staff. It is very hard to even be ET There with all the staff arguing/ abusing.. Hopefully this will all come to an end.. Cuz babylon is a fun place, but some staff make it horrible.

Wrong i was fired from Valikorlia a very long time ago because of popularity. Many staff on valikorlia had passed my position on valikorlia because of popularity. You must be close toa admin or the owners themself and you can get any position you want. After all i was the one who did speak to stefan about getting a private server (under construction) for valikorlia to work and not even a thanks the owner took credit.

Valikorlia has so many things wrong with it, it should never be used as an example of how servers should be run.

While you do it, let's look into some RC logs, reasons for TGC and Outlaw firing some people, the suspension list, and why I was banned by Outlaw 4 times and unbanned by Alexander 4 times yesterday.

Alright, then do I have the authority to conduct a "Who wants Outlaw fired?" poll, under the supervision of a PWA? Gee, that'd be great. Outlaw would probably get about 3 votes for no, being him on trial accounts.

LOL, Thallen can't be staff if we consider his 'stuff'. He have been jailed over 50 times and banned like 10 times, only on Babylon. Maybe he isn't like that as staff but such thing as that don't deserve to be staff. I remember when he were ET, he just started "equalizing" people by summoning people in there and spar PKing they. Outlaw banned Thallen for racist comments, which I think that is fair even though it's just a statement.

Um, he's right though. I loved Babylon, then they started hiring corrupt staff.. They don't work on anything anymore and they really need to. They screw over players, etc. When I started playing there, 11-12 players played, when Lord Helmut created it. Then, the management was given over, it was ok, until Alexander was rehired as manager. Things started to go down the drain.. New GFX Admins everyweek. I was fired as GFX no matter how hard I work, I never even did anything to deserve getting fired. Everyone is corrupt, they don't hold enough events. Babylon = s*** now..

honestly who would hire thallen to begin with Thallen and Konvict (infectid) are one in the same. Hes be globaly banned I belive on more then on ocation and caused all kinds of trouble not to mention he even tole me him self that he shares an account. When I found out all this wonderfull stuff I had no choice but to fire him from rudora that very second... Who wants that kind of security risk around?

Doesn't mean its okay because lots do it. Lots of people may steal, doesn't mean its all okay.
