Graphic Atists?

Ok i realize this belongs in the graphics forum, but responce was very low when posted there a while back, so now I'll try here.

I'm looking for tilesets makers first off and most importantly, but alos gfx people in general to help out on the pw in progress Pandora. We have only somewhere in the neighborhood of 3-4 gfx people at the moment, and we're working on 5-6 custom tilesets, so you can see any help would be greatly appreciated.
