Inphektid was banned multiple times for evading. Then he changed, so he was allowed to return. In contrast, Wan is still as immature and obnoxious as ever.

This is still debatable I think, but you make the decisions here so there's no use in arguing over it.

It was a close decision. I could've banned him, but it would serve no useful purpose. He hasn't broken any rules since returning, so the ban wouldn't protect the forum users from any misconduct. It would only reduce the number of active users. I thought about imposing some kind of lesser punishment, but there aren't any grounds for that other than spite.

Rule enforcement is not a useful purpose? Maybe I'm just being too objective here.

Is there no reasoning in Graal, Or have I gone insane?
I hardly ever meet reasonable people anymore, and when they're reasonable someone comes along and tells them they're stupid, or starts a flame war, a "flame war" whoever began that should be shot... honestly people, have you not a shred of reason, btw, this doesn't apply to all of you.

Rules restrict users, not moderators. We're not obligated to enforce them at all times, or punish all incursions. In 90% of occasions I would've issued another ban, but I felt that Thallen had truly become a different person (at least with regard to the forums) and thus wasn't the user I originally banned. Would it improve the forums if I rebanned him?

Truthfully, no it probably wouldn't. I'm just being too anal about it I guess. Like I said, I'm being too black and white. This is one of those oh so controversial grey areas. Anyway, you're the mod and I respect your decisions. I was pretty much just saying I would have handled it differently if it was my decision. That's not to say that I don't think you made the right choice. Now that I think about it from a less objective viewpoint I can understand clearly why you chose to let him stay. This is why you are the right person for your job.

Kaimetsu has gotten quotes removed from sigs for other people aswell. It's not like he's using his staff power corruptly because he's doing it for himself this time.

Oh.

I think that's mostly about whether or not you are account sharing, or that you used to.
