How about if we receive all medals or something like that, you got a certain look which is only accessible for people with all medals or certain medals, this can be implied with guns and etc as well.

that was similar to my idea, maybe certain achivments have a special reward but they would be like horrorbly difficult to complete.

They should leave the actual achievments to someone else, and just do all the tech stuff.

Every single medal is way to easy to get. When I open someone's stats I don't even bother too look at what medals the earned. They should make it nearly impossible to get all the medals, then that would be something to look up on someones stats.
