Horrible reason. Any server under construction will have it say somewhere that it is. I actualyl havent had time to go and clean some of those up though, my comp wont load the editor correctly at this house, I'll clean that up monday.

[sarcasm] Yes and I have a huge dedicated workign stafff who gets everything i want done[/sarcasm]. Basically what I mean is I have as little or less working staff than you. Basicalyl I hire someone, they do 2 things, they dont show up ever again, OR I hjire them, they dont do anything, they assure me they are. You aren't the only one with a staff problem. these days every idiot thinks they have a great server idea, then they quit or idle from any server they're hired at, and you are down to yourself. happened to me about four times now.

If I made a weapon you'd say i copied your idea to have weapons on the server . The things that are bigger that are supposedly "original" that you cvlaimed we copied we had either in half development (and some completed even) before you even started, or had the idea at least mentioned once to be put on the to do list for after important things are done. And to point out a contradiction, look at the thread I made about subclasses. yo unever mentioned them before, but once I make a thread about them suddenly you're working on one . First try making normal classes, and some weapons, and something fopr players to do. Dont build the pyramid upside down (gosh so many metaphors seem to work for Element ).

I am proud of mine. I dont think it "pwns" element, i think it is currently in a better state. granted you have more custom systems but i'll get to that later. I doubt you want your server called a sucky server for minimal reason either. I too personally think your server is bad.

If I wanted players on my server I could post a bunch of pornshops around the server. Does that mean my playerworld is better than yours?

I'd rather have a quality server than a crappy server... no offence hehe

The fact of the Matter Element OWNS Elemental Kingdoms look at their gfx and Sword Size to playersize...everything that is done on EK is very low quality... Compare to Element to EK thats like comparing 1000Ib Fat Man with 10 Ass Cracks(EK) to a playmate (Element) .. Element and EK are infact much differant

Actually much of our stuff is higher quality than many classic playerworlds, especially since you aren't saying what. As for sword size to player size, our swords are oversized on purpose (wait until you see the dark blade...), it basically defines a style, liek how graal has heads that are too big. There gfx are for the most part less detailed than ours except for the three images I am looking to have replaced: the darkblast, the normal sword image, and the mold. Feel free to make some replacements, I WILL use them.

The fact of the matter is, Element spends more time on custom systems than player enjoyment. We spend necessary time for necessary systems and focus on what players ask for in order to make a more player-friendly playerworld. That is why we are working on a custom battle system for intance (which was requested, though copylevel wont work and it might not be made for a while.....). I have seen very little in the way of element looking to players for ideas, and having so little content, just decorated, does not a good playerworld make.

I am the ONLY person working right now. I also dediced I would make the systems first (and DONE WELL) so that if I do any interaction with levels, it doesn't mess up the system. That way we don't have people stuck in places and buggy NPCs. First you have to get a foundation (systems) before you build around it (levels). I do get many ideas from the players and I also have many ideas of my own. You need to realize I am not claiming anywhere that my server is anywhere more near completion than you.

Until you are hired as a legitimate staff member on Element or get inside my head and learn what I am planning, SHUT THE **** UP.

How about I listen to the majority. i have 5 angry players who dont like EK, and i constantly get people saying it has some of the best ideas they've seen. Hmm looks like the players like EK. Also I am the only person working on my server right now, unless you count my brother working on something that may or may not become part of EK. So the same goes to you, unless you wish to help make my graphics look better (which si the only convincing thing i have heard that is wrong with EK) you as well need to shut the f*** up. I never claimed that you think Element was more completed, i explained how we are working towards content ratehr than systems, and that your foundation spech is mixed up. You need gameplay before replacing fifty systems. I have no doubt in my mind that when both of our servers are on the classic tab (ok, if), mine will be bigger, more playerfriendly and less gaudy than yours. So unless any of you wish to make graphics for me, shut the **** up!

Don't try to turn this on me. My playerworld is invisible for a reason. It is not meant to be played because it is being worked on by me. Have I really replaced the systems much? No. I am making sure they are flexible with the game.

I know I hate your server because it is unappealing to me and many other people. If you don't like mine, you're not welcome on it.

Your server is open. Meaning anyone can log on and look around and you claim to have tons of content. You have not walked around the development server which is way different than the main server. So don't claim your server will be better when you have not seen the updated things on mine.

To be honest, the only real reason i am not invisible is tot ry and get people to see it and possibly get a job working here. I make sure we have enough content to keep players inter3ested and to get an idea of things to come.
