Heh, Damon the easiest way to gani I use is how just using the "select" tool I don't need some box but it would be simpler anyhow if you don't understand what I mean I attached a example.

Thats what I do newb.
some newbs dont want to do that so Im just saying it would be easier for them.
And plus I always use the select tool.

I think its a good idea to do a drag & drop feature for Graalshop...where you just load the image and you can select the pieces of the images you want and drop them in the animation box. Kinda similiar to GraalEditor if you know what I mean.
