1) Will support tickets be answered via Support Center or e-mail?
2) Will old support tickets be answered now or must we submit them again?

It e-mails you when a staff member replies to your ticket.

The oldest ticket in queue for General Questions or Playerworlds is 19 days old. If you submitted your ticket more than 30 days ago and haven't recieved any reply, you might want to try making another one.

If in doubt, just make another ticket, it is easy to close duplicates.

Partly, I was checking them as my laptop went off - although also I don't want copies of e-mails on this computer. But, like I said, I was going to transfer it anyway so it makes no difference, may as well be now.

Be careful when you clean out your e-mail account in which your account is signed up with. You've most likely deleted the e-mail thinking it was'nt anything important.

It was posted 3-4 days ago, to Unixmad. He's the only whom can help me with this...I think. I'll post it again but to you(accounts), and please check it, whenever.

I still wouldn't mind a response from that e-mail I sent you months ago. That might be a change in the way to get account support.

Did you read the thread you replied to?
Even if you didn't, did you read the attention seeking red text?

Make a support ticket with proof that the account belongs to you...IE paypal ID# on the receipt
