I'm hoping that Cynical can be the first server that actually goes up private for a few weeks, then actually gets into public mode. Usually the transitional point always messes people up for some reason

change the pending tag

i didnt want to upgrade or make ne new npcs cause I figured Id have to convert them later on... so Id rather do it online

Most of them decide to redo PW, or someone quits which stops development. And most of the UC ones didnt go UC saying ''We need to fix stuff, back in a few weeks'' about 3-4 went there to start froms cratch there abouts! Most of them do get done quick as long as people dont go corrupt/quit or decide to redo it all.
