I personally believe that things such as invalid heart flags, and catching people red-handed walking over walls, and invalid lvl 3 gear should all be banned the instant they are spotted, but if htere is the slightest bit of doubt then they deserve to tell their side of hte story because people do pay for this game.

No, but most likely someone who's downloaded GE2, which I saw at the bowling alley in Babord. I even have that guy's accoutname, I just keep forgetting to give it to someone.
