Question How did you discover Graal?

I found Graal in late 2000 whilst trying to find a Bomberman game I could play online.

How did you?

I Found graal when it first opened and my friends big brother found it somehow and showed us so he could get free kills off of us lol. It was called zeldatheadventure and classic was the only server you could play.

Well myself and TerrorBite (you may know him from GK, best buds IRL), were playing this one web-based RPG, I can't remember the name of it. But it was shutup and they posted a link to a site that had a lot of online RPGs. So I checked the list and found Graal. That was back in 1998 I believe, around August. <3 Graal.

Thats probably because GraalOnline's company site used to or still does have some sort of bomberman flash game you can play.

Anyways, I started playing when I was in 9th grade (I've graduated now..), I knew two kids at school who used to play and they gave me the link to the graalonline webpage. I couldnt find the site for months because from memory I kept thinking it was graulonline...

Oh, and after I started playing, the homepage was so centered around Graal Classic, that I honestly felt that I had only signed up for a graal classic account. And so, when I opened the serverlist for the first time, I thought I could only sign on to the Graal Classic server, and I played there for most of the beginning of my graal time.

When they had a reset at some point, I got pissed and left the server, and found a new home at Sanstrata, when it was brand new in its first test server stage. I tried to be hired as GAT there and I couldnt get a position (mind you, at this point I had never made any computer graphics at all). Well, Alarid worked there then, and he wanted to hire me, but then he fell off the earth and I couldnt get anybody else to give me the time of day to show the few things I threw together.

Then I got involved with the Babylon project when I met LordHelmut there, and then migrated there. After he quit, I was manager for a while, then I left a little after I was put on the GGT.

One day when I was bored (I was 12 years old), I went on a norwegian webpage with links to all kinds of java and flash games, and there it was, a link to the old graal java game. ( http://www.cyberjoueur.com/java.php?id=20 ) On the text on that page it was a link to graalonline.com... That was 2 and a half years ago :P

I was playing Cyberjoueurs Bomberman Online, when I saw the link to the Java version of Graal. I played it for a few minutes, then saw a link to the actual game. This was around 1999, so I was 9.

My old Jedi Knight clan, Prince, had a link to it. I tried to sign up in '98, but I didn't have a good email address. It was in late '99 that I finally got it.

I found it on a flash site back in 2000. It was like "ZELDA LIKE GAMEPLAY!!11" so then I played around it and went "hey look directx version"

After that I got hooked and have been playing since. :x

Likewise, Spark. Someone I knew from a completely different forum had found it and was showing it off, so I downloaded it and played it. Ah, the fun. Sanstrata was my home at the start, and I believe I still have my first house from there. I only left after it got shut down by its shadowy cabal of managers and administrators.

Some point in early 1999 I was in a nintendo chat room, which I swear was called "Game Cube." Anyways, somone said they played an online Zelda-esque game, and he gave me the link.

Somewhere in 2000 I was mad of Zelda and making a site 'bout it (http://www.gozelda.8m.net , hence my account name), and I regulary checked a Dutch site named http://zelda.pagina.nl which contained a link to a Zelda-similiar game. I didn't give a damn back then, but some time later this ****tart in my class with acting real cool with Runescape, so I downloaded Graal to pwn him. That was 4 years ago.

Note: Later I got bored hell by the site and sold it to my younger brother Herbert, who now also plays Graal under the accountname XGoLink, for 10 Euros.

Late 2002, i saw it. It looked nice, i saw the pictures of Graal Kingdoms. I spent that year on Runescape instead, which i still enjoy sometimes. I came back in early 2003, and then i decided to download it. It took a few days to find out about Classic servers.

I saw Graal on the Yahoo! search engine early in 1999 while looking for games online, I think, and I never checked it out. After a few of my favorite chats died, I actually still remembered the name of the game, and checked out the website in late 2000.

I found a link from zeldagames.com (site is dead now) it said "online Zelda game" or so. After I crapped myself, I downloaded it. I wasn't able to connect online (stupid AOL and parental controls), so I went into the editor and became obsessed with scripting. After getting online, I found out Graal isn't really a Zelda-esque game (story-wise, or lack thereof), so I was dissapointed, yet played and found out it was still fun in it's own way. This was all around Aug 2000

Looking for information on Zelda games, I came upon a website with a link to www.graalonline.com.

I went and tried to download it but it didnt work.. like 4 months later I tried again and it did. I played N-Pulse for 1 day, got banned by a corrupt guy, then played Bravo.
