House Moving-Gone

When I was Governor, only special people (Captains, but Captain was a more valued rank as there were less and they had more rights... they were intended to be able to do anything except overthrow their leadership... how ironic ) got house rights... It worked VERY well. The only problem was some (or one) of them putting their houses next to the castle for some kind of stupid convenience when they were supposed to have their house in their own town instead (if you lead a town... you should live in) :o
