Of course I know what you're talking about, don't patronise me. Those who cheat and disrupt are usually the most vocal players, so there's a chance that an observer could fail to hear the other voices. That doesn't mean they don't exist. If a manager is bad, most people realise that he's bad.

Sadly, I really believe that Graal is an outlet for alot of kids, doing/saying things they cant get by with in real life.

The whole internet suffers from that phenomenon. Fortunately most people can play by the rules, and those that can't usually grow out of it.
