I mean, I got lazy before we got to work on rent. Thus no rent, thus villas are cheaper to maintain than old PHs (which, according to the original plan, should all be replaced by villas anyways).

I do not see how warping around is corruption. It could perhaps be considered abuse of staff priviledgies, but hardly corruption, and could still be justified by the time a staff member saves by warping, which can be used do staff work later on
