Untrue, heheh... I made the dragon amulets back when I was GM. I only made 10 of each color on my account, and I only gave out a few of each... I think more red than blue though. I believe there are like 6-7 red, and 4-5 blue maybe. (Unless other staff made some and gave them out which would SUCK :P)

Here is a fun fact: There were actually yellow, green, orange, and purple amulets too. They were just never released.
