It is not an easy job, nor will it ever be. Also, many people want custom passwords not ones like r3tBnH0

I think there is a transaction list somewhere in your account with paypal. maybe an option to re-mail you a recept?

You can log into paypal and get that transaction email again. Also, can you think of a better way?

If you only knew how many people attempt to steal accounts by saying they lost the password and have no proof of ownership, you wouldn't say that. I remember all too well, after all, I dealt with like 80% of all the support center tickets and a lot of them were "I lost my pass I can't access my old e-mail" or something similar. There were quite a lot of people that forgot what account name they created with their e-mail.

I think there needs to be a way to have Graal send you an e-mail of the account you signed up for as well. Other sites do it, and it would help out quite a few people. (Like people that signed up to play a long time ago, and decided they wanted to come back but forgot what their account was)

Lyndzey is accounts manager she deals with these things, although player(s) may want to steal passwords and account, I personally think this thread didnt need to be created, elsewise, If Lyndzey wasnt around to help us, or change our passwords, then why should or would she be hired

Why did you make this thread? That password thing hasn't been working, and I don't mind people sending me emails.
