Grog pictures and NPC-Server Crash

I put some pictures I bought and didn't want to carry around on the floor in my house... then later the NPC-Server crashed and when i went back in they look as if they are on the wass but are on my floor. Please fix this, I'll add a screeny in a bit when I goto my house.

did you relog anytime before the npc server came back up?
Sometimes things look like they're there... but go away after you relog...
