- Dorogan Koden? They have a 3d terrain... no cliffs, and any past tilesets(Which I searched for) didn't even have cliffs like that, they had yellow cliffs.

-- yup it is supposed to have a Secret of Mana atmosphere
to it.

The second one definetly.
The first one is way to straight.

I prefer the way the first one looks though.
Make it a little less straight and it'll be perfect.

Good, but I don't think the edge should be quite that curly...Make the curves wider (like 1 curve = 2 tiles), and it would look better

maybe you should make the sand a little darker, its very intense compared to its surroundings.

Ya, I'll stick to Levels from now on, I'm very unoriginal with GFX since I basically just began, which is a bad thing (unoriginal), so I'll just stop now :o.

looks very nice the reason it probably looks like oasis is because it is "inspired" and maybe they were using some of the same tutorials

you can put cracks in the foundation and make like little patches of grass near the bottom also make some broken tiles


PS. why must people say it reminds them of somethin... for every frikin thing! those look like blah, those look like blah, just because it has same type of structure dosent mean it was even "inspired"

I think it would be implemented into the tileset and color changed, someone probably made that for fun, and will now use it for whatever this will be for.
