Gah, scott told me. I think it was cuz I made a thread in NGRT about emulators. I checked the rules and only saw MMORPGS as a no talk about thing...I didn't think I was breakin no rules :/

You can't reply to this, but here's my reply:

The No ROMs discussion sticky was in NGRT for over a month, so it should have been common knowledge. The thread specifically said, if I recall, that offenders would be banned.
