Also i can't tell with the grain filter but usually grass has a repetitive pattern in most tilesets make sure you don't

yeah I made sure it didn't... the grain actually effects the color, it contrast a little more, but I see wut you guys are saying...

The trees should be a tiny bit darker, and allowing them to stand out a bit from the ground, giving it depth, as well as maybe adding some shader colors to the ground edges to give it more depth, or else itlooks flat.

well while I try and figure out how to fix the trees here's a screen shot of some !WATER! it's pretty nice I guess, gimme some feed back, also I added a different filter that doesn't distort as much as the other one

the only problem i can really see is that you can clearly see a 16x16 block of grass...you can see the edges...

oh, and are you finished will the tiles to join a group of tree together, i'd like to see a screenshot of a bunch of trees together...
