War history system?

It may sound stupid, but it's interesting if you think about it.

There should be a system where kingdoms can officially declare war with each other, and then duke it out. Then after a while, when their supplies are stretched and one side submits they sign a treaty to end the war. The treaty could include deals where the losing side must pay war debts to the winners, such as cash, gold, supplies etc. An entry into the system would go like this:

Dustari defeats Pirates in war: Pirates pay supplies 500 wood, 200 iron, 500 gralats, 150 diamonds.

And entries can be kept like that for every kingdom. I'd just though it would be interesting, this way kingdom's would have more to look at then just their current status, but they can learn about their history too.

we could do that, i think there was soemthing said by stefan about losing the weapon you are holding when you die. so each side would constantley be shoveling out supplies for fallen comrads.

wars wil be fun, so will seiges and stuff.
