While both are true, they aren't linked. Someone could have really good management skills and still think the same thing I do.

Not really. Denouncing a portion of your customers and ignoring the only reliable way of assessing many opinions etc are both indicators of terrible management skills.

I think you were wrong and that was unreasonable.
