ok this is liek what happened.

I was trying to bust a scammer named kevin (acc:liekomgitsme) so I offered a trade with him and I told brad to hide in the corner and watch and I dropped my hats and money and he took them and ran and brad jailed him and he said he would abnned him and give me my stuff back and then after 2 days he's still not banned and in jail and he used his other account (vincentvalentinepk) to go to jail and tarnsfered his money from his other account and now he's got like 0g and I still don't have my stuff back rar

You should be banned for trading with him. I'd have to side with Vincent because if you haven't learned by now that you shouldn't trade with him so it's yer fault you got scammed. I have been smart and never got scammed by Vincent, even when the markets weren't scam proof.

Toran, I do realize that scamming is illegal and personally, I don't like vincent. I hate him. He has scammed me a lot but you have to realize that banning should not be used like a play toy. You could give this guy a warning and say that if he scams one more time he will be banned instead of straight off going at banning him. Scamming isn't really much of an offense in the first place since the items can be replaced.
