solution: make them warp back to the stable if they are inactive for like 10mins strait when you go to the stable the guy will say

"Hey welcome to ____ stable we have __ horses to buy. A horse costs 2graalat to buy a horse say "buy horse" but remember if you lose it no refunds"

If you are having trouble getting on the horse, go inside and get the saddle its a free NPC that lets you get on wild and out tamed horses"
