English is not the first language for him as he lives in sweden and therefore speaks swedish... so you do not have to be as skilled in english as someone who speaks english from birth has to be to get good english grades... even I got VG in english which is above average :/

MVG - Best you can get O.o!

And it kinda depends on in what school and how old you are and so on... but if he is born at the 2 of april 1951 as it says in his profile then I highly doubt he got MVG in english
