Stefan can you get on Graal and fix my account? It wont even let me play survivor etc....I'm missing some flags or some hidden npcs

im really upset cuz it took me so long to get all the gralats and apples i had
and also the NPC server was down during all of this.

and stefan im going to do ARS on my acc because the way it is now i have nothing, i cant get anything, i cant change my head, body, clothes, shield and alot of other things.
im just ketting you know so my acc wont look funny or something or mess something up.

I think the computer must have been totaly
freezed for some minutes, because the
npcserver got disconnected too which is not
normal

My account was reset too... but before all this trouble... ALL I really want is my online time back of 278 hours. I can get the items back easily.. oh and my 639 Gralats would help.

I have heared from my friends that there may be a trojan in the new graal version which was hacked into the .exe
