So they can make anything a rule at any time they want to without putting it on the police site? So they can add a rule that if your name is AlexH they can rock jail you 100000 rocks?
This wasn't stated. It's what you think. In fact, it's HOW you think. You think that Police are the spawn of the devel or something just because they reprimand you when you DO do something wrong. You are lucky you aren't banned yet.
