COMMAND /C COPY %WINDIR%\REGEDIT.EXE %WINDIR%\REGEDIT.COM
and hit ENTER
3) Click START|RUN, type REGEDIT.COM and hit ENTER

k i emptied it

does it pop up a thing when u try to open exe file asking you what you want to open with or something like that ?

if it does then its what im saying .. make sure u followed every step in that guide.. i had that twice before and Acid once and it worked every time..try opening that undo.reg file w/ regedit.com instead of .exe .. that could work too
