DBZ isn't their most famous anime. It's only the most famous one in America because it's so damn commercialized and *****d out that all the kids like watching it. I'd say that the most popular REAL anime that hit the US was Akira, just sheerly because it was like the FIRST anime and had such controversial things in it. And a show with 26 GOOD episodes beats a show with 260 BAD episodes. [size=300505060]END.[/end]

Yeah, that was the name of the show, I watched it a few times. I don't know why YTV took it off the air, it got really good when the big laser-beamish thingi blew up a city.

Outlaw Star and Cowboy bebop own.
The reason why I was saying that Cowboy Bebop had a short term of episodes, was because I am mad that they can't streach it out like DB/DBZ/DBGT and have it have like a crap load of episodes. That would be better then just 26. I wish I never knew how many episodes it has.. And what will be on after Bebop?

It is all about quality, not quantity. Quality is something DBZ, and everything else based off of it, or is continued off of it, will never have.

240-odd episodes would NOT work for something like Cowboy Bebop.

Simpsons animation gets better and better!
Like it used to be super ghetto with no shadows on faces or anything, but now it is way better. Simpsons have progressed.

Bebop would be ruined if it was stretched out any further. There were only a few episodes that were part of the main story, the rest were filler episodes.

Cowboy Bebop had more meaning and story in it then the 100's of dragonball/dbz/dbgt episodes have put together.

Spike didn't die.. wtf is that one guy smoking? Spike returned to the ship and he was allowed back in even though he didn't catch the guy for the bounty.

DBZ isn't that bad.. I think the fact that it's overcommercialized here is what all you "wannabe otakus" are *****ing about.. hell if all your beloved series' came over here to america and were shown every day you would go find some other japanese anime to worship that hasn't been brought over to america.. it's like you hate it because they translated it and pushed it on the market here.

Anime is a touchy thing, especially when you have idiot wannabes talking like they know everything, that try to act like they are hardcore and rent movies that are completely in japanese yet watch them anyway so they can say they have.

I watch what I want to watch, that is how my anime viewing works.. not by what otaku wannabes suggest.

Otaku's are bad enough, then you have Otaku wannabes which are the equivalent of wiggers. Seriously, stop acting like you are the anime gods and just watch the damn stuff.

haha Otaku's are funny though because they are all "die hard watch every anime possible even if it's japanese and your a mexican and english is a second language." Haha yes there are some out there, but I like DB/DBZ/DBGT because the anime is soo well made and the story line well is just perfect for me! Maybe other people might hate it because they don't like certain stuff that I think is funny or something. Yes I am 16 and I like DB/DBZ/DBGT because all of the chibi guys are so funny and the grown up's are badass and kind. The show has a lot of life lessons. Also I just like something about it, I don't really know what. But I do.
