I am fine with them not having refunds.
What I don't understand is why they, in a way, blackmail a person that was banned because of "credit card fraud" (if someone else upgraded his account for him used a fake cc. or their parents cancelled the transaction.)
Think about it. They ban the account until they upgrade again. Why don't they just temporarily ban it, take away the p2p, and then unban it? |
