Ice Pick is quite possibly the most annoying person I've ever dealt with on Graal, and I've dealt with a lot of annoying people.

Ice Pick's identity is all but completely unknown.
We have an idea of his age though, very young.
He came on iparty and sounded like a 6-year-old.
