This may have been posted, but ANYONE with a dial-up modem can bypass IP bans. Even without calling their ISP. It's easy.. Try putting a system of a txt (cookie) that when you register an acct, it marks something. You can only register 3 accts and so on... People could also delete that.. but what the hell. Go for it.

Fact: Jack was account banned, not IP banned.
