Npc Kingz

I like the idea of an NPC king/leader.
Each kingdom would have a plot that can't be changed because the king is an !!!NPC!!!
NewMain is getting boring because the kingdoms aren't doing anything interesting. Dustari sit in thier castle all day long and say to themselves, :Well we cant play with anybody else because our higher ranked players will not allow us to open the gate or we will get kicked out of Dustari for allowing somebody else to participate in our RPing.
-Zormite don't even know who thier leader is!
-The new cloud kingdom doesn't have a plot or theme, and they dont do anything.
-Samurai..well...hmm, dunno because i haven't researched on Samurai recently.
-Pirate Crew, I believe are actually doing stuff every once in a while like attacking other kingdoms. Cept when they try to attack Dustari, Dustari refuses to open the gate and such.
WE NEED SOMETHING TO DO WITH KINGDOMS!!!
