as of now, all the new radar does is use up space because what you see on the radar is basically what you see on your full screen

get a bigger monitor

get a higher-resolution monitor*

a 20-inch 1920x1080 monitor and an 80-inch 1920x1080 TV would show the same area of the map.
however, a 2560x1440 or 3840x2160 display of any size would show a lot more.
