You wont find any qualified "tileset" artist which will do the work for free. If you want to move ahead, you either need to discuss this with Stefan OR pay yourself

Just because you had to pay to get any talented staff to create a tileset it doesn't mean others will have to do so as well

It is how it is. If you want excellent quality, you have to pay. And to revieve Zone mobile, you need this kind of quality.
