I still think the court would side with the original creator of the work, especially since no one is getting paid for their stuff.

Also, that assumes Graal has enough money for a lawyer and is willing to go to court over it.

Probably have enough for a lawyer, but wanting to spend that money just for a couple of tiles they don't use on a flagship server is another thing.
