Working on it, it's really not that simple.. I've been shuffling leaders and making 'new' gangs. But it's the playerbase's attitude more-so than anything we can do. It's not like it used to be where we'd raid all day just for the sake of raiding and competing with each other.

Yesterday with 70~ people online; exactly 50% were active gang members: BV had 15, BH had 9, TS had 5, and BB had 6 (Wil fired 2 of them for not participating, so 4). Yet they legitimately refused to raid or fight us (15v4), I even tried to do some prizeless mini-gang events and BV only agreed to one after Wil logged off.

I thought it was just them being lazy, so we purposefully spoon fed them a raid by hosting BH PK, yet still only 4-5 of them joined and the rest sat at the casino/unstick (a very small margin were actually 'afk'). And not a single one returned to the base after the warp ended.

I'd love to hear some ideas. You guys love to talk about it, but never participate yourselves. (Anfo, you recently lost gang leadership because you yourself never participated?)

I don't get it, what would make you guys want to participate?

Get rid of events completely.
Especially ULMS.

Incorporate the things that people like about events into the normal server gameplay.

Back when events were very rarely hosted people created their own fun.
