In trying to comprehend your objective, here's what I have:
- Allow the poor players to obtain superb weaponry.
I hope this isn't a secret, but if that's the case, you uhm, uh, could've just created a shop in which the weaponry was cheaper.
That seems like a more permanent and stable fix if you ask me. Seeing as a drastic alteration of the statistics does nothing but offset the economy and will eventually lead to the poor being poor and the rich being rich; as its always been.
The most logical route, as exacted in de facto, is to provide economic stability and feasible means for players to work the market and gain items. A route that was precisely taken and well executed by Tim's Administration.
