Raeiphon is on a distinguished road
There's probably like twenty or thirty of you sitting there in the backlines going **** YES TIM IS GONE FINALLY, completely unaware of the depth and volume of work he has placed into Era even in my short time as a member of the staff.

I've worked under Andy, Smu, kinetaro and even that brief time where HoudiniMan was in charge (god help us all) - and not a single one of them managed to encapsulate the drive for content that Tim managed to do. In his tenure alone, I've seen more core systems updated, fixed and extended than I have seen anything else done by any of the other managers bar perhaps Andy. I have never worked under a manager so willing to try out new ideas and give his staff free reign to work on small projects which then become new content for players.

You have Tim to thank for a lot of positive changes which are now everyday things for Era players.

I can't say I know what the future holds, but Zach and Tim have always had effectively the same mindset. Here's to the future, and a whole lot of cool **** to come.

He's still a douche though :P
He even says he's a proud douche bag.
That's why people are glad he's gone.

tim did a lot of updates yes (except 2-3months where he slacked out), but most of them are useless for the majority of era. he should've focused more on gangs (which is what ppl rly want to do on era) by adding more/diverse bases, creating the gang eventbot and having people host more gang events.

but most importantly, he totally ignored 70-80% of era's playerbase which wanted the stats to go back to normal (.05 freeze minimum instead of .1). this is a huge limitation to era, which is a lot less challenging now. i hope you have a more open mind regarding this matter zach, since it's what most of era wants to see
