Server sounds great but a couple of suggestions:
-Go with a somewhat small GMAP (maybe 8x8?). 90% of Zodiac isn't ever used, same could be said about UN, and 100% of maloria isn't used.
-You really need to find an idea that will make everyone think your different than Zodiac and Mal. Based on the graphics you have, the server will look better, but you need a reason for players to drop everything they own on Zodiac to come to your server. Will you have better quests, storyline, or active kingdoms?
And last but not least a warning about what your doing with your money when you pay for the server:
