Shadow, I total agree with your points. And don't hire too much Dutch people pleas. Choose different countries and timezones.

In my experience Zone has two large timezones, after that there are a series of small groups with little opportunity for growth. It's most practical to cater to your largest audience rather than accommodating the diverse smaller groups which have very little room for growth.

I had hoped to establish a "rock the vote" automatic event system which tops-out at an hourly or half hourly rate, but I could never get enough development momentum. Maybe it's a good idea for down the road?
