Yes, because everyone can get on iPhone RC. I can't feedback since I was supposedly blocked for, "Spam" right after i was dropped as a staff. Just because we get fired doesn't mean we should lose feedback rights, especially since I didn't abuse mine.

I usually to get pretty quick replies from him (I think the quickest was 15 minutes) but most take at least a day or two for a reply.
