Sorry, there's no point beating around the bush on this one.
I said the same thing to Morgan and it's universal. If you pay attention, it won't happen. Happened to me before when i wasn't paying attention. But i knew the fault was my own and didn't make a thread, which is a carbon copy of Morgan's Thread, about it.
