The developmental updates to the forums are subject to my schedule of time, not your schedule of wants. Of course, I could go in to how that feature would require some changes to the database structure and would also open up more potential problems, but I have to consider the audience here

Besides, that sort of statement would only be effective if I've promised to add a quoting feature for a prolonged amount of time. Making a remark that it's in my future plans a couple months ago doesn't really warrant your negativity (although I'm used to it)
