Redwiz will become famous soon enough
This particular one took an hour, and then after I had the comment about the material it added an extra 10 minutes to the process. I had to look at images of blood packs and blood samples to try and get a betetr understanding of the properties blood undertook to get that kind of colour. Graal Kingdoms leaves much to be artistically licensed, as you normally only get to see one angle in everything it literally gives you the liberty to improvise with 2/3rds of the model.

This sword was all stemmed from the handles, I created the wristguard (i think tis called not sure) and then I extruded a handle and blade from it so it's one clean geometrical model. I think what I do when making 3d models though is if I know what kind of style or feel it's going for but I am not too fond of the image, I trust my gut and play on it a bit. With the houses, they already had a unique style and the feel was there which made it that much easier on the imagination.

As for the houses in particular, they take about a day each. Swords shields adn such only take an hour. I guess you could say per one object in the scene it can take up to an hour to develop, and then most of the work on the house is to place them correctly. In the attached image you can see that the roof took most of the time, but then because the base of the house isnt a box, aligning the curves was also challenging.
