INSTEAD OF SPAWNING ANYWHERE AND EVRYWHERE:

You spawn at any base your team is owning, between bases 1, 2, 3, 4 ,5 and your HQ.

then people who want to avoid the base lame will try to take bases to spawn far away of their base, which is under a lame.
