so, yeah I've left again, but on a good note. I've left all the stuff I have done on Era development to stay there, it's their decision to use it or not.

I don't think anyone is going to be able to put your scripts to use. everyone will look at them and won't know wtf to do with them.

looks like "new era" is pretty much thrown in the trash, again.

Ugh, well thats deff a downer but I'm sure it has something to do with irl so I understand. I'll miss ya buddy. I just hope Era won't fall apart now, but I guess we still have Hachi, Sales and Crow's scripting...though i still think you are/were the best scripter we ever had.

Um, they can both script. Hachi's scripts aren't just very organized and not sure about Sale's ability but his events are scripted by him.

Both Sales and Hachi can script Sam. Hachi's code isn't very efficient and bug-free, but he's getting better.
Andy. Sad to see you leave again, kinda expected it already :/ I hope I can get the hang of what you've done and use it. Thanks for everything.

On a side note, to everyone else posting in this thread, we've got a whole team of developers. Just because you may not like their personalities doesn't mean they can't develop. Yes, Andrew is a very valuable developer, but it's not like Era's going to die without him, or that we'll no longer be able to progress, lol.

Myself, Salesman, Crow, Amsel, Kimmy, Arushen, Yenroy, Hachi, TSA, Vulcan, and Tig when we need him. We're also working on hiring more as we need them.

Houdiniman is currently having Salesman and I run the server jointly. I don't know why everyone seems to think he's guiding every move the staff team makes.
Because HM doesn't choose a Manager, why?
He wants to keep full control of Era.

You don't just promote a dev staff to manager in the blink of an eye.
He wants to test people skills, management skills, leadership skills, etc. in order to make sure that Era doesn't end up with a bum manager.

He's not going to rush and make a decision; he's taking the best route he can right now, building an administration from the bottom up.

My story isn't really a story, but, Houdini was a cool guy when I managed Zodiac and never gave us any problems. All he did was check in once a while, making sure everything was okay. Never saw anything bad of him when calani managed either.
