Raise Carrot damage back to 40?

well i'd like it back to 40 cuz its like saying change Rp damage to 3 per bullet.

RP only shoots two anyway? Or four, cant remember. If you think it's more, its just two or four, though more are visible.

RPs shoot two bullets, each consisting of two plasma bullets.
