well what needs to be clarified?
its going to be like any other modern server --as in its going to have--: mining, gangs, some quests
only its going to be based off of gta as in: you dont buy cars, (i mean you CAN, but whats the point?) you steal them from either other players or (if my friend writes the script succesfully) from traffic, you can blow things up, and if i can get a good enough nat, we will have it so if you kill someone, you get stars just like you did in GTA, and the 5-0, fbi, swat, etc will come to shoot you, the small quests will be like planting explosives on a car (like the quest in gta 3)...you know..just all the gta things we loved.
