im sorry if this isnt the place to ask this, but how do you use the .wba file to change your entire windows theme?

Use the program called Window Blinds

You can get it at most download websites (download dot com)
or at the official window blinds website you can go to from google

thanks helped, ill see if i can get windows blinds for keeps, but my theme is f-ing rox my sox off
