Why do you want a client update every weak? It'stotally stupid to download a new version every other week. If you have to release a new one that often, then lots of things are wrong you have to fix. It's actually a good sign that it takes so long because it that means there are no major bugs or security issues...

Though, in this case, its a bad sign, because there are tons of annoying bugs, and the client release takes forever..but I'm happy unixmad posted a date atleast

Let's turn this into a thread about your most awaited feature that Stefan implemented into "his version".

Mine:

I don't think he got to mine. But GuiControls now have an alpha variable , now I can make them even cooler, if they work they way I'm hoping that is.

The thing I want most right now is to be able to define read/write functions for variables, would make things much more efficient.

The next version will not be for Intel yet, so it will only work with the emulation. The font system has be redone so it's looking better and is even faster than the old true-type option.

Is the menu or whatever still going to be blue? I find it kind of ugly
Also for the chat system, I suggest making the chat box not transparent. I've been using it as a toall log on Classic because only RC's have them, and it's difficult to see the text, I have to go to a level and drag it over black tiles.

Seriously though, can't you VPN to someone who has an intel version and compile it on using SSH? ( Then removing all the residue from the source? )

I hope clientside vars/functions have been methods of avoiding change from memory editors. I also hope for protected variables .

If we are going to 5, it would mean that there has been a major revision/change.

They don't need a client update to change that. o.0 They just need to change it on the login server.

Maybe G3D will be done. ;( (Wishful thinking, I know)
